LVN or RN needed for our detox Program.
This is a PRN position for 6a to 6p and 6p to 6a schedule. The nurse will work closely with the Clinical Staff, Medical Director, clients in intensive residential treatment and patients in detox. LVN/RN will provide excellent patient care. The LVN/ RN will help patients through their detox per the Medical Directors orders.
Must ensure their safety while monitoring them during the treatment process. Must have a pleasant personality, be able to successfully work with people in a positive manner, must be able to cope effectively under stressful situations. Must be available to work extra shifts or change shift schedule if needed. Must be able to work compassionately and effectively with addicted persons and their families.
Clinical Director
The Fulltime Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of an acceptable standard of care for all clients utilizing the services of the Alcohol & Drug Awareness Center for the Concho Valley (ADACCV). This role is essential in upholding the organization's mission and ensuring compliance with professional standards of care.
Must have an LCDC for 2 years or more and in good standing in the State of Texas, Current driver's license and proof of insurance.
Prevention Specialist
The Fulltime Prevention Specialist is responsible for the delivery of drug and alcohol prevention and intervention services as funded. These duties will require public speaking, classroom instruction, and interaction with a variety of people with an emphasis on youth. The position may also be responsible for assisting in the coordination, facilitation, and preparation for special events, fund-raisers, health fairs, community events, and meetings as well as other duties as deemed necessary by Coordinator. Specialists are required to maintain specific reporting procedures and have the ability to accurately and thoroughly report evaluation data.
College degree required. Knowledge of non-profit organizations preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A person in this position must be reliable, dynamic, articulate, flexible, and professional.
