Williams House and Sara’s House

ADACCV operates Williams House for men and Sara’s House for women, providing safe, drug and alcohol-free housing near downtown San Angelo. Residents commit to working or volunteering, attending recovery activities, and supporting one another in a sober environment.

Williams House and Sara’s House accommodate up to 14 men and 14 women and are located within walking distance of downtown San Angelo, nearby many restaurants, public transportation, People Ready, medical and mental health care services, NA/AA meetings, and many other opportunities! Sara’s House also offers a large backyard with a playground and an indoor play area for child visits.

Financial Information

Monthly Occupancy Fee*

The occupant’s first two weeks are free, with payment being due on the 16th day of occupancy.  On the 16th day of occupancy, the prorated fee for the remainder of that month is due. Twice-monthly payments include a three-day grace period, but only a time monthly late fee, if late, of $25 can be assessed.

Monthly occupancy fee under this Occupancy Agreement -

  • Single participants; $575.00.

  • Women with up to two children, age one or younger: $625 per month

Bi-weekly occupancy fee under this Occupancy Agreement -

  • Single participants: $295, due on the first and the 15th

  • Women with children: $320, due on the first and the 15th
