The Journey Recovery Center is our 72 bed treatment and detox facility that provides comprehensive residential substance use treatment for adult men and women.
With detoxification services for up to 12 clients, 30 male treatment beds, and 30 female treatment beds, including women with children placements.
Men’s program
Our men’s treatment plan includes individual and group counseling, personal and social adjustment goals, and includes Relapse Prevention Training. Clients in the residential program are assisted in obtaining adequate housing upon program completion. ADACCV treatment programs actively encourage family participation and involvement in the client's treatment and recovery process.
WOMen’s program
Our women’s program is designed to address specific women's issues on the path to recovery. An on-site children's program is provided to meet the special needs of the children while their mothers attend classes and counseling sessions, and can accommodate children 0-3 years of age. The number of children residing with each mother is determined on a case-by-case basis. ADACCV treatment programs actively encourage family participation and involvement in the client's treatment and recovery process.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
We accept insurance and private pay.
Females can be placed with or without their children; may or may not be pregnant, or can be women with children with no more than two children not over the age of 3.
If placement is through Texas Health & Human Services Commission (TX HHSC) funding, clients must be Texas residents and meet DSM V Chemical Dependency criteria and income eligibility guidelines. Some persons with limited income may qualify for sliding scale fee for services.
Physical & TB Test are required.
Other eligibility requirements will be explained by the intake/placement personnel.

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Some persons may qualify for State of Texas funding and we accept Medicaid. However, if persons do not qualify for state funded treatment or do not have Medicaid benefits, ADACCV offers a "self-pay" program. This method of payment allows anyone to receive quality treatment at a very affordable cost. Self-Pay payments are required up front and there are no refunds for self-pay treatment costs.
*Self-pay fees: $175 per day - average stay 45 males - 60 days females - total payment expected upon placement. No refunds.

No information will be released about clients unless the client has signed a release of information for that person or entity. Each facility functions with additional rules and regulations in order to maintain structure, stability and efficient operation of the programs.
